Turkey Club Sliders

With smoky bacon, turkey, cheese, and crisp veggies on soft Hawaiian buns, these easy sliders are super easy and so good for family-friendly dinners, potlucks, and parties.

Ingredients

For the sliders

  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey
  • 4 ounces Bacon cooked to crispy (4-6 slices)
  • 6 slices Colby jack cheese (about 6 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded curly lettuce
  • 3 roma tomatoes cut into 12 slices
  • ¼ red onion sliced

For the glaze

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. Make the glaze by mixing together the melted butter, garlic powder, salt and parmesan cheese.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottoms of the rolls in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise over the bottoms of the rolls. Lay cheese slices on top. Add the slices turkey and bacon on top of the cheese. Place the tops back onto the rolls.
  5. Brush the garlic parmesan glaze over the rolls. Cover with foil and bake 15-20 minutes or until the slider sandwiches are heated through and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and remove the tops from the rolls. Add tomato, onion, and lettuce then place the tops back on and enjoy!

  • Turkey: Sliced deli chicken also works well. 
  • Colby jack cheese: Provolone, cheddar, or Swiss are also delicious.
  • Bacon: Turkey bacon works if you prefer.
