  • 2 cups Blueberry can use fresh or frozen berries, mixed berries
  • 2 cups strawberry
  • 2 cups blackberry
  • 2 cups raspberry
  • 1 banana peeled
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
