Vinegret is a delicious and colorful salad of Russian origin that is composed of diced beets, potatoes, carrots, with onion and fermented cabbage.

Ingredients
- 1 beet boiled and diced, large
- 1 potato boiled and diced, large
- 1 carrot boiled and diced, large
- 5 pickles Russian style, in brine
- 5 tablespoons peas cooked
- 5 oz. fermented cabbage (sauerkraut)
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the vegetables and season with the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
