Viral Cottage Cheese Wrap

This Viral Cottage Cheese Wrap uses cottage cheese blended with egg whites and spices, baked thin until golden and pliable. The wrap provides a protein-rich alternative to traditional bread or tortillas, creating a versatile base for sandwiches. When cooled slightly, the wrap can be filled with deli turkey, bacon, veggies, and spreads, then rolled tightly for an easy handheld meal. Its mild flavor pair well with savory club sandwich ingredients, making it suitable for quick lunches or snacks.

Description

The Viral Cottage Cheese Wrap starts with a smooth batter of cottage cheese, egg whites, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder, blended to a creamy consistency. Spread thin on parchment and baked until set and lightly browned, the wrap has a delicate structure that holds together well. This baking method creates a soft, pliable base that can be filled and rolled without cracking. The wrap's subtle tang and light seasoning complement fillings like deli turkey, crispy bacon, fresh tomato, crunchy lettuce, and creamy avocado, enhanced by a dollop of mayonnaise or mustard.

The wrap works well as a low-carb alternative for sandwiches, providing a filling made mostly from cottage cheese and eggs. It's best enjoyed fresh, folded around the desired fillings, then served immediately for optimal texture. The ingredients and method focus on a simple, functional wrap that is easy to prepare and customize at home.
