Whipped Goat Cheese
- 11 ounces goat cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream optional
Toppings
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 3 tablespoons crumbled bacon
- 1 tablespoon everything Bagel seasoning
- 1 thinly sliced green onion

Instructions
- Place goat cheese and cream (if using) into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer whipped goat cheese to a plate with a wide rim or a wide mouthed bowl and spread into an even layer.
- Top goat cheese with a drizzle of honey.
- Then top with bacon, everything seasoning and green onions. Serve with crostini.
