White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge
Report
Fudge is a dessert that was sent from the heavens! Fudge has so many variations and I haven't been able to find one that I didn't devour! This White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge is just another example of a great recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups white chocolate morsels
- 1 Can Cream Cheese Frosting 16 ounces
- 1 ½ Cups dried cranberries
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place the morsels in a medium bowl and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until the chocolate is smooth and creamy. Pause to stir every 30 seconds during this step.
- Be sure to remove the lid and foil of the frosting can before placing it in the microwave on high for 45 seconds or until fully melted.
- Combine the chocolate, frosting, and 1 cup of cranberries. Stir until fully combined.
- Pour into the prepared pan. Evenly spread the mixture and top with the remaining cranberries.
- Chill for 3 hours or until fully set.
- Cut into 1-inch squares, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- If a stronger cranberry flavor is desired, you can add half a teaspoon of cranberry extract. However, the dried cranberries add quite a strong flavor of cranberry, and therefore, I didn’t add any cranberry flavoring.
- You can use other flavors of frosting such as vanilla, buttercream, white, etc. A white base is necessary for the frosted aspect of the recipe.
- Nestle Toll House white morsels are the best for this recipe. Even the allergy-friendly version of this brand was amazing for this recipe. Some of the other brands didn’t like mixing with the frosting as much, which took a more vigorous stirring process to get the two ingredients to mix. It still worked, it just wasn’t as easy as the Toll House.
- The cheaper dried cranberries didn’t taste as well as the better brands did. They almost gave it an old taste. So, just a heads up on that front.
- It’s best to store this fudge in the fridge or freezer in a sealed container. For the fridge, up to two weeks. For the freezer, up to 3 months.
