Decadent white chocolate bark with crunchy, salty pretzels throughout!

Ingredients
- 300 g white chocolate (10.5oz)
- 70 g salted pretzels (2.5oz) plus a few more for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- Break the pretzels up into medium-sized pieces and stir them into the white chocolate.
- Transfer the mixture to your tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. You can make it as thin or as thick as you like.
- Top with more pretzels if desired.
- Let your bark sit out at room temperature or pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours until the chocolate is fully set. Then break or cut it into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- This bark will last for a few days with pretzels on top and up to 3 weeks without. Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge.
