100 Calorie Easy Healthy Chickpea Blondies

These 100 Calorie Chickpea Blondies use canned chickpeas, almond butter, ripe banana, and maple syrup blended into a smooth batter with protein powder and baking soda. Chocolate chips add sweetness and texture. Baked in a 9x9 pan, the blondies come out moist and chewy with a subtle sweetness, portioned for calorie control and easy snacking.

Description

This recipe produces chickpea blondies that blend rinsed canned chickpeas with almond butter, ripe banana, and sugar-free maple syrup into a batter enhanced with vanilla protein powder and baking soda. Chocolate chips folded in provide bursts of sweetness amid a dense, moist crumb.

The baking process at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes yields blondies with a tender yet chewy texture. The banana and almond butter contribute natural sweetness and moisture, while the protein powder adds structure and nutritional content.

These blondies are suitable for a controlled calorie treat or snack and keep best refrigerated after baking. Flavor intensifies after resting overnight, making them convenient for make-ahead servings.
