15-Minute Vegan Spaghetti and Meatballs

15-Minute Vegan Spaghetti and Meatballs pairs cooked spaghetti with meatless meatballs simmered in a seasoned marinara sauce enhanced with tomato paste, oregano, and optional red pepper flakes. Baby spinach is stirred in at the end for a fresh, tender green addition. The dish offers a plant-based take on classic spaghetti and meatballs with quick preparation and a balanced tomato flavor.

Description

The recipe combines frozen vegan meatless meatballs simmered briefly in a marinara sauce that is enriched with tomato paste and dried oregano, providing a robust tomato base with a herbal note. Optional red pepper flakes add a mild kick. Adding baby spinach at the end ensures the greens are wilted but still fresh in appearance and texture.

Meanwhile, spaghetti is cooked until al dente and then drained before being mixed into the finished meatball sauce, allowing the pasta to absorb some sauce while keeping its texture. The dish is served warm, with extra red pepper flakes available for those wanting additional heat.
