  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 85 g lemon gelatin You can use any flavor of gelatin you prefer, but ensure the packet is for 500 ml of water, 3 oz

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 250 ml of boiling water with the lemon gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  2. Pour in 250 ml of cold water and stir to mix.
  3. Gradually add the cream to the gelatin mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a dish or divide it into individual jars for serving.
  5. Allow it to cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
