- 1 cup chopped red cabbage 100 g
- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen, 150 g
- 1 cup orange juice 236 mL
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Notes
- Storage: Smoothies are best enjoyed right away, but if you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for a day. Or, pour them into an ice cube mold and freeze them. When you want a smoothie, just blend the cubes with a splash of juice.
