Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F
- Trim the ends from asparagus by snapping off the ends or cutting with a knife
- Lay trimmed asparagus out in a single layer on the air fryer tray. Do not let them overlap so that they have room to crisp up. You might have to do 2 batches. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus. Season generously with salt and pepper. Give the asparagus a quick toss.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, until tender crisp.
