An easy and delicious potato side dish in the air fryer.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds (680g) baby potatoes washed and cut in half
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
- Cut the baby potatoes in half lengthwise and place them into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the oil, Italian seasoning, and salt and mix until the potatoes are well coated.
- Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, shaking the basket about every 5 minutes.
- Cook until golden in color and the potatoes pierce easily with a fork.

- Preheat your air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
- Baby potatoes can vary in size. You may want to leave very small potatoes whole, and you may find it necessary to cut larger potatoes into quarters.
- Evenly sized potato pieces will cook more evenly.
- Toss the potatoes in a large bowl to coat them in the seasoning and oil blend.
- Add potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer.
