Ingredients
- ¾ pound Bacon
- 1 large white onion, or 2
Chipotle Ranch Dip
- 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo
- 1 pkg (1 oz) Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Peel and slice onion into thick full circles. Wrap onion slices with bacon.
- For this step- I like to use 2 onion rings at a time. It may use the entire slice of bacon or there may be some excess depending on the size of the onion ring. Trim away excess bacon.
- Lay a piece of foil in the air fryer under the onion rings. Set to 390 and cook for 10-12 minutes. Do not stack the onion rings. You may need to do multiple batches.
- Add ingredients to food processor.
- As the onion rings cook, make the chipotle sauce. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse for 20-30 seconds or blended.
- Dip must be nice and smooth!
- Remove with tongs and set aside.
- Serve immediately with chipotle dip and enjoy!
