Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Cut cabbage into 4 quarters.
- Cut the core out.
- Chop each quarter into 1-inch pieces. Place cut cabbage in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well until all cabbage is coated.
- Air fryer cabbage in 2 batches at 400ºF for 16-18 minutes.
- Be sure to adjust or sake basket (or stir a few times) to be sure cabbage is cooking evenly and not burning.
- Serve immediately and enjoy every bite!
