Ingredients
- 1 Head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, then run the air fryer at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes to warm it up.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cauliflower florets, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Place the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer. You may have to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes, until the cauliflower is browned on the edges.
- Remove from the air fryer, serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use avocado oil or vegetable oil instead of olive oil if you prefer.
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat the leftovers in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to make the cauliflower crispy again when enjoying the leftovers.
