Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberry fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to the lowest temperature available.
  2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Use a sharp knife or a strawberry huller to remove the stems if desired.
  4. Slice the strawberries into thin, uniform pieces, approximately 1/8 of an inch thick.
  5. Pat the strawberry slices dry using a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  6. Place the strawberry slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook the strawberries at the preheated temperature of 170-200 degrees F.
  8. Let them cook for an hour, flipping them over after 30 minutes.
  9. The strawberries are done when they achieve a texture that is leather-like.
  10. They should no longer be moist or soft but should be slightly crispy.

Notes

  • Allow the dehydrated strawberries to cool completely before storing.
