- 1 mini chocolate eclair frozen

- Philips Air Fryer XL
Instructions
- Remove the frozen chocolate eclairs from the packaging and place into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 4 minutes at 160c/320f and then turn the temperature down to 140c/250f and cook for a further 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Fridge. If making for a buffet and not eating now, you can place the eclairs on a platter and fridge for later.
- Variety. You can defrost any éclair in the air fryer it doesn’t have to be Aldi. It can also be bakery bought eclairs that you didn’t eat previously that is sat in your freezer.
