Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cups broccoli about 6 ounces, chopped florets
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika ground
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili crisp or 1 additional tablespoon olive oil, plus ¼ - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup green onion chopped
  • brown rice for serving, or white rice or cauliflower rice

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken and broccoli in your air fryer basket.
  2. Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, and ginger over the top.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, olive oil, and chili crisp.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 8 to 12 minutes, tossing the basket several times throughout, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is crisp. Stir in the green onions. Serve with rice.
