Ingredients
- 3 bulbs garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Cut the top ¼ of the garlic off so the cloves are exposed and drizzle with olive oil.
- Wrap the garlic in foil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the garlic for 30-35 minutes or until it is tender and golden.
- Remove the bulbs and gently squeeze each clove to remove it from the skins.
Notes
- You can use just one bulb of garlic if you'd prefer, I do more at once and then store extras in the freezer.
- Once cooked open the foil and check the garlic, it should be very soft and lightly golden brown. Large bulbs may need a little bit of extra cooking time.
- Roasted garlic can be used right from frozen, it softens quickly.
- Keep leftover roasted garlic cloves in the bulb & cover them in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Freeze roasted garlic by squeezing out the cloves from the skins and then freezing them in a zip-top bag for up to 4 months.
