  • 1 pound mushrooms halved if large
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel.
  3. Toss mushrooms with olive oil and soy sauce, season with pepper.
  4. Place mushrooms in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket after 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and place in a small bowl. Toss with garlic butter and parsley.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • No Garlic Butter? No Problem! Mix one small clove of garlic (if your clove is large, just use half unless you love a big kick of garlic) with 1/4 cup of salted butter and a pinch of parsley. Melt 1 tablespoon for this recipe and slather the rest on French bread or serve as steak butter on Air Fryer Steaks!
