Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges

These air fryer sweet potato wedges are my go-to when I want an easy side dish or snack. Sweet and creamy insides with crisp edges? Yes please!

Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1-2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes then using a sharp knife, slice each sweet potato in wedges.
- Do this by cutting each sweet potato in half, lengthwise, then cutting each half in 3-4 wedges.
- Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the spices in a small bowl then sprinkle the spice mixture over the sweet potatoes.
- Drizzle with oil then toss to coat.
- Transfer the sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket then air fry at 350°F/180°C for 15-20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are soft and starting to caramelize around the edges.
- Flip the wedges over halfway through cooking to encourage even browning.
- Remove from the air fryer then garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve.
