Almond Coconut Bliss Ball Snowmen
Description
The recipe combines coconut and almond meal with coconut milk and oil to create a moist, sticky mixture sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with almond extract. The mixture is processed until uniform, then shaped into balls and rolled in extra shredded coconut to create a textured surface.
The snowmen are assembled by threading three balls onto cake pop sticks. Raisins cut into small pieces make the eyes and mouth, and small apricot triangles serve as noses, giving each snowman a charming personality. Optional small hats or scarves can be added for decoration.
These snowmen are refrigerated for firming and can be served as a fun, bite-sized snack. They hold well chilled and make suitable treats for holiday gatherings or light desserts.
