Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lay your tortillas flat on a clean surface. Use your Halloween-themed cookie cutters to cut out spooky shapes from the tortillas. Depending on the size of your cookie cutters and tortillas, you may be able to cut multiple shapes from a single tortilla.
  3. Place your Halloween-shaped tortilla chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silpat. Lightly coat them with cooking spray or brush them with a small amount of olive oil to help the seasoning stick. Sprinkle salt (or your other chosen seasoning) over the chips.
  4. Place baking sheet into the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve them up with your favorite dip or enjoy them on their own.
