- 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary , chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic , chopped
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
