Baked Sesame Chicken

Baked Sesame Chicken Strips made with chicken breast ( or other pieces if you want!). A really delicious way to make baked sesame chicken!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 3-4 chicken breast sliced into long, wide strips
  • 1/2 cup soda crackers crumbs
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or just use one whole cup of cracker crumbs if wanted
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds toss in some black, they are lovely for presentation if you have them!
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 °F.
  2. Put all your dry ingredients together in a large plastic bag, or a deep dish big enough to coat chicken pieces in.
  3. Crack the egg into a bowl then add your milk.
  4. Dip your chicken pieces into the egg then give them a shake in the plastic bag to coat them thoroughly and place them all on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is done

Notes

  • You can also do this recipe with pieces of chicken such as thighs or legs! We just prefer to eat them as chicken strips!
