Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas , mashed (about 1 1/3 cups)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter , melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- In a large bowl whisk together bananas, sugar, brown sugar, egg, butter and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- Add the flour mixture and mini chocolate chips to the wet ingredients and whisk until just combined.
- Scoop batter into muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
