- Ice cream maker
Paleo Banana Ice Cream Ingredients:
- 1 coconut milk can
- 3 banana medium
- 5 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Load a can of coconut milk into your ice cream maker.
- Add quartered bananas to it.
- Load it with half your maple syrup or other sweetener.
- Let it churn for 35 minutes.
- Add in the rest of your maple syrup and let it churn for 5 more minutes.
- Freeze for later.
- Then serve with extra maple syrup.
Notes
- You can mix and match and can either use canned coconut milk or the equivalent of dried coconut milk.
- You can mix and match with your sweetener. I prefer maple syrup but you can use honey or stevia if you prefer.
