Bang Bang Salmon Recipe

Bang Bang Salmon Recipe pairs oven-baked salmon seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper with a creamy sauce made from mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar. The combination yields tender salmon with a mildly spicy and slightly sweet topping that balances richness and heat.

Description

This recipe begins by seasoning salmon fillets with a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. The salmon is baked at 425°F for approximately 8 minutes until it easily flakes with a fork, indicating doneness while retaining moisture. Meanwhile, the Bang Bang Sauce is prepared by whisking together mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar, yielding a creamy, sweet-spicy condiment.

Once the salmon is cooked, it is basted generously with the sauce and garnished with fresh parsley or cilantro. The creamy honey-sriracha glaze complements the tender salmon by adding layers of gentle heat and sweet acidity, enhancing the natural flavor of the fish without overpowering it.

This dish serves well as a main course and can be paired with simple sides to balance the richness. Serving the salmon immediately ensures the sauce remains fresh and the texture of the fish is optimal.
