Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 240 grams
  • 1 cup milk 237 milliliters
  • 2 tablespoons honey to taste, 45 grams
  • lemon zest from 1
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2.5 milliliters
  • 3 ounces blueberries 85 grams, fresh
  • 3 ounces strawberry 85 grams, hulled and diced, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl with a spout, whisk together the yogurt, milk, honey, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
  2. In a small bowl, toss together the blueberries and diced strawberries.
  3. Sprinkle a few berries into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Pour in enough yogurt mixture to fill the molds to the halfway point.
  4. Add more berries, then top with the remaining yogurt mixture. Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove any excess air bubbles.
  5. Cover the molds with the tops/popsicle sticks and freeze until firm, 4 hours to overnight.
  6. Serve chilled.
