Subway Tuna Salad Recipe
- 3 cans (5 oz) tuna
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Some locations add to remove fish taste and smell. We add it.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 rib celery, diced
- 2 talks green onions, thinly sliced or purple onion, diced (¼ cup)
- ¼ cup chopped sweet pickles or pickle relish or dill
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper

- baby spinach
- tomatoes
- banana peppers
- cucumbers
- sweet green peppers, or any color
- red or purple onions
- lettuce
- black olives
- pickle chips
- jalapeños
- avocado
- guacamole
Instructions
- Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
- Press cut tuna lid carefully, so you don't hurt yourself, into the tuna, while you are holding it over the sink to drain the liquid away. Your other option is to use paper towel and squeeze out the liquid from the tuna.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine tuna, celery, onion and garlic.
- Next, add pickles, relish or dill.
- Last, add mayo and lemon juice.
- Add salt and pepper. Adjust to suit personal taste.
- Stir until blended together and combined.
- Serve!
- Enjoy every bite!
- This tuna salad can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 2 days.
