Big Mac Egg Rolls

Egg Roll Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ cup onions diced
  • 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup dill pickles chopped

Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Pickles minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. To prepare sauce, mix mayonnaise, pickles, sugar, mustard, ketchup, and paprika together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate util needed.
  3. In a skillet, add ground beef, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook over medium heat until beef is cooked thoroughly.
  5. This will take about 8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  6. To prepare egg rolls, lay each egg roll wrapper on a clean surface like a diamond.
  7. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese on the center of the egg roll wrapper.
  8. Top with about 3 tablespoons of beef mixture.
  9. And 1 tablespoon of diced pickles.
  10. Fold the sides of egg roll wrapper in. Tightly fold the bottom up. Roll and seal the top fold with a few drops of water.

To Deep Fry in Oil

  1. Prepare a plate by lining it with paper towel.
  2. Put about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Allow oil to heat until is starts to form small bubbles.
  3. Add egg rolls and fry each side until golden.
  4. This will take about 1 minute per side.
  5. Transfer cooked egg rolls to your prepared plate. Allow the access grease to soak into the paper towel.

To Air Fry

  1. Preheat tp 400ºF and cook for 12 minutes, flipping egg rolls halfway through.
  2. Serve dip with egg rolls.
  3. Enjoy every bite.
