Celebrate any day with these Birthday Cake Overnight Oats. A creamy, cake batter base with the fun addition of sprinkles throughout are sure to brighten your morning.

Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt I used Chobani Zero Sugar
- 2 scoops cake batter protein powder Clean Simple Eats
- 1 ½ cup milk I used Fairlife skim
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 3 tbsp Rainbow sprinkles
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Give it a good mix with a rubber spatula so everything is well combined.
- Divide the oat mixture between 3 jars. If there is leftover liquid in the bottom of your bowl, pour that on top, as well.
- Seal your jars and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight.
- The next morning, give it a good stir, add whipped cream, more milk or extra sprinkles on top for an extra special treat and enjoy!
Notes
- The oats are best enjoyed within 3 days, making them a great option for meal prep! Much longer, however, they'll become pretty mushy.
- Plant milk, non-dairy yogurt, and a plant-based protein powder can all be used to make this recipe vegan.
