Healthy and satisfying blackberry smoothie

Ingredients
- 200 g (1 ¼ cup) fresh or frozen blackberries
- 2 bananas
- 120-240 ml (½ -1 cup) milk
- 120 ml (½ cup) Greek yogurt
- maple syrup to taste optional
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and then serve.

- For this you can use either fresh blackberries when you have them available but if not frozen blackberries work a treat.
- I prefer very thick smoothies so I use 1/2 cup (120ml) of milk. However please feel free to add up to another half a cup if you want a more liquid drink.
- Make sure to only use ripe bananas – this is best for sweetness and easy blending.
- Use a high powered blender if starting with frozen fruits.
