Description

  • 80 g almonds ½ cup + 1 tablespoon
  • 15 g cacao powder 2 tablespoons, or cacao protein powder

Instructions

  1. Soak 200 g medjool dates in water for 2 minutes then drain and set aside.
  2. Coarsely grind 80 g almonds in a blender then add the dates and grind to a paste.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a plate and roll into small balls roughly 1½ inches in diameter.
  4. Roll in 15 g cacao powder and place on a tray to firm up.
