Blueberry Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tbsp Jay Robb's Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt (I used Stonyfield Organic Vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp almond slivers

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds and almond extract.
  2. Layer oat mixture and blueberries in a mason jar (I used 8 oor other lidded container.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. In a small bowl, mix protein powder and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  5. Remove overnight oats from refrigerator and top with yogurt mixture, almond slivers and blueberries.
