Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or an 8x11-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar (if using).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted coconut oil or butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
