Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk preferably skim or 2%
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat the milk and eggs together, then add the mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Pour in the melted and cooled butter along with the vanilla extract, and stir until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
