  • 6 pieces bibb lettuce AKA butter lettuce
  • ¼ orange bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ yellow bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion minced
  • 6 tablespoons Summer Fresh Bruschetta
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar reduced
  • Optional: Summer Fresh Tzatziki

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high.
