- 6 pieces bibb lettuce AKA butter lettuce
- ¼ orange bell pepper chopped
- ¼ yellow bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cup red cabbage thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons red onion minced
- 6 tablespoons Summer Fresh Bruschetta
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar reduced
- Optional: Summer Fresh Tzatziki
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high.
- Toss the chicken thighs with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken on your grill and cook for 6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
