Instructions

- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, add about one tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture into each wonton cup.
- Bake the wonton cups for 12-13 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and/ or sliced green onions, if desired.

Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the oven at 175-200 until heated through.
- Swap the wonton wrappers for egg roll wrappers cut into 4 quarters.
- Leave out the sour cream use the full 8 ounces of cream cheese.
- Swap the sour cream for plain Greek yogurt.
- Swap the mozzarella cheese for cheddar cheese, Colby cheese or pepper jack.
- I recommend Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce but any buffalo hot sauce you'd like.
- Use a shredded rotisserie chicken but any kind of cooked chicken or canned chicken will work great.
- Shred your own cheese for creamier mixture.
- Use light cream cheese.
- For extra crunchy wontons, use two wonton wrappers per cup instead of just one.
