Buttery Garlic Herb Chicken with Zucchini is a easy 30 minute meal that has tender and juicy chicken cooked in a buttery garlic herb sauce with zucchini. This dish is cooked with fresh herbs and is incredible!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- ¼ cup freshly chopped oregano
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- salt and pepper
- 2 medium sliced zucchini

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 3 tablespoons butter and heat until melted. Stir in 4 cloves minced garlic, ¼ cup freshly chopped oregano, 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary, and 1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side or until the chicken is no longer pink and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove chicken and set aside on plate.
- Add 2 medium sliced zucchini to the same skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and serve!
