Buttery Garlic Lime Salmon with Asparagus in Foil is so easy to make with simple ingredients. The flavor makes this salmon absolutely incredible and it comes out the oven perfectly tender and flaky!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon
- 1 pound asparagus
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 juiced lime
- 1 zested lime
- 1 liced lime (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lay 2 pounds salmon on top of the foil.
- Add 1 pound asparagus along the sides of the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl add 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. Melt the butter then stir in 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 juiced lime, and 1 zested lime .
- Pour the butter mixture on top of the salmon and asparagus. Top with 1 sliced lime, if using. Bring up the sides of the foil to wrap and seal the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Open the foil. then broil for 2-3 minutes to give the top of the salmon a crisp brown edge. Top with chopped parsley for garnish and serve.
