Ingredients
- 2 pounds cabbage
- 1 small beef soup bone
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 cups tomato puree
- 1 gallon water
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage into bite-size pieces.
Stovetop Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large pot.
- Cook over low heat until the cabbage is very tender.
Instant Pot Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot and stir.
- Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot on high for 10 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 15 to 20 minutes.
Slow Cooker Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a Crockpot or slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
