- ¼ cup oats optional
- 1 cup carrots cooked and cool if you want extra smooth and don't have a high-powered blender
- 1 banana sliced
- ½ cup pineapple
- ½ cup apple juice or milk
- ½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- ice optional
