Ingredients

  • 2 egg separated
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 280 gms chestnut and vanilla cream 10 oz
  • 2 tbsp dark rum
  • 100 ml heavy cream to decorate, 3.5 oz., lightly beaten with 1 heaped tbsp caster sugar
  • chocolate see my tutorial, to decorate, marbled hearts
  • Marrons glacés to decorate

Notes

  • Make sure to use very fresh eggs or pasteurised eggs if available.
