Ingredients
- 2 egg separated
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 280 gms chestnut and vanilla cream 10 oz
- 2 tbsp dark rum
- 100 ml heavy cream to decorate, 3.5 oz., lightly beaten with 1 heaped tbsp caster sugar
- chocolate see my tutorial, to decorate, marbled hearts
- Marrons glacés to decorate
Notes
- Make sure to use very fresh eggs or pasteurised eggs if available.
