Our Chicken Divan recipe is loaded with tender chicken and broccoli in a cheesy sauce. This classic dish is so creamy and packed with flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 .5 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, plus more for topping if desired
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 head broccoli chopped into bite sized pieces
- rice for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Add chicken pieces, then broccoli pieces.
- Mix all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Place spoonfuls of sauce all over the chicken and broccoli. Spread out with a spatula.
- Bake for 30 minutes. If desired, add more shredded cheese on top for the last 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Rice is not included in the nutrition facts.
- Optional crunchy topping: mix 2 cups of crushed Ritz crackers (or corn flakes or panko breadcrumbs) with 1/2 cup of melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole before baking.
- You can add the rice in before baking. Add 3 cups of cooked rice onto the top of the broccoli, before the sauce layer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
