Ingredients

Servings

Chocolate Chia Pudding Layer

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 3.5-4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6-7 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Banana Chia Pudding Layer

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 bananas
  • Optional: Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, stir together the ingredients to make your chocolate chia pudding. Set aside.
  2. In a second mason jar or bowl, mash up your bananas then stir together the ingredients to make your banana chia pudding. Set aside.
  3. Let it set for a couple of minutes (5-10 minutes) in the fridge before going back in and giving it a second stir.
  4. Let the chia pudding set in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to eat, combine some of each chia pudding in a bowl together (or layer them into multiple mason jars however you’d like and store individually to save time)

Notes

  • The chocolate chia layer has a tendency to clump so make sure to mix it really well the first and second time.
