Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a muffin pan. *This recipe makes about 16 muffins
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the milk, oil, and eggs.
- Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and stir until just combined.
- Divide batter into prepared muffin pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly on top of each muffin cup.
- Place pan into preheated oven and bake for about 13 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
- Remove from oven and allow pan to sit 2-3 minutes before removing muffins.
