- 6 egg yolk
- 150 gms sugar + 4 tbsp, ¾ cup
- 40 gms corn starch 1/3 cup
- 300 ml coffee I used espresso, 1 1/4 cups, freshly brewed
- 600 ml milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
