- 1/2 cup cold brew
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk, I like coconut for extra creaminess
- 1 frozen banana in chunks
- ¼ cup riced frozen cauliflower or ice
- 1 scoop (25g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
